Welcome to Dublin

Suburban neighborhood, centrally located with great schools

Known as the crossroads for the Bay Area, Dublin lies where highways 580 and 680 intersect. But its history dates to a time when Native American trading trails crossed here. With a population of nearly 75,000 people, Dublin is affectionately named in honor of Dublin, Ireland, due to its large Irish population. Though the area is rich in history, its city status is fairly new, having been incorporated in 1982.

Most residents own their own homes here within a variety of neighborhoods, including the family-oriented neighborhood of Positano. There’s also the Dublin Ranch Area with its fantastic parks and golf course, as well as the newer neighborhood of Boulevard that features mostly modern single-family homes and a recreation center complete with a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.
